Order Tracking

Tracking numbers are provided for all international orders. For an up-to-date status of your order, you can enter the tracking number that we have provided.

Local standard shipping method will not have a tracking number.

Delivery Times

For most cases, orders placed before 10:00am Monday to Friday (Spanish time) using our express shipping method will be processed within 1-7 business days.

Orders placed using our standard shipping will be processed within 3-10 business days.

* Delivery times are determined by number of business days (Monday to Friday) from the day after we ship your order.

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods.. Note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.

If you do not receive a tracking confirmation within 4-7 business days from the day you completed your payment, please kindly contact our customer service representatives for more information.

Please be informed that in some cases your local customs office may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared. During such instances, the estimated delivery time may be affected.


All our listings for pre-order products include an expected delivery date. However in some cases, pre-order products may not meet the initial estimated delivery date. Should this case arise, we will change the expected delivery date.

Should you place an order consisting of both a regular and a pre-order product, you will be receiving two separate shipments. The first package will include all your regular products. The second package, which will come at a later date, will include your pre-order product.


Import Taxes & Duties

Please be advised that import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by ERIS BLACK. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

In some occasions packages may be delayed due to custom clearance.

Customers should check local postal regulations for restricted items, as ERIS BLACK cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the regarding country.
